Setup
1. Unpacking and First Use
Carefully remove all packaging materials. Clean all removable parts (glass carafe, filter holder, drip tray) with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth.
2. Filling the Water Tank
Unscrew the cap on top of the machine. Fill the glass carafe with fresh, cold water up to the desired mark (e.g., 4 cups for a full carafe). Pour the water into the water tank. Securely screw the cap back on.
Video 1: How to Use. This video demonstrates the process of filling the water tank and preparing the machine for use.
3. Preparing the Filter Holder
Insert the appropriate filter (for 1 or 2-4 cups) into the filter holder. Add ground espresso coffee using the measuring spoon provided. Level the coffee gently without compacting it too much. Attach the filter holder to the machine by aligning it and turning it to the right until it locks into place.
Operating Instructions
1. Making Espresso
Ensure the water tank is filled and the filter holder is securely attached with ground coffee. Place the glass carafe under the filter holder. Turn the control knob to the coffee cup symbol. The indicator light will illuminate, and brewing will begin. Once the desired amount of espresso is brewed, turn the control knob to the "OFF" position.

2. Using the Milk Frother
To froth milk for cappuccinos or lattes, ensure there is water in the tank. Turn the control knob to the steam symbol. Wait for the indicator light to illuminate steadily, indicating the machine has reached steaming temperature. Immerse the steam nozzle into a pitcher of cold milk. Slowly open the steam valve by turning the knob on the side of the machine. Move the pitcher up and down to create foam. Once desired foam is achieved, close the steam valve and turn the control knob to "OFF".

Maintenance and Cleaning
1. Daily Cleaning
After each use, remove the filter holder and discard used coffee grounds. Rinse the filter holder and filter under running water. Clean the steam nozzle immediately after frothing milk by wiping it with a damp cloth and briefly releasing steam to clear any milk residue. Empty and rinse the drip tray.
2. Descaling
Regular descaling is crucial to maintain performance and extend the lifespan of your machine. The frequency depends on water hardness and usage. Use a commercially available descaling agent suitable for coffee machines and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
