Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the dispenser from its packaging. Retain packaging for future transport if needed.
2. Placement: Place the dispenser on a hard, level surface at least 4 inches away from a wall to allow for proper ventilation. Ensure it is not in direct sunlight or near heat sources.
3. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the drip tray and wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth.
4. Water Bottle Installation:
   • Open the lower cabinet door.
   • Insert the probe assembly into a fresh 3 or 5-gallon water bottle. Ensure the probe is fully inserted and the cap is secure.
   • Slide the water bottle into the lower cabinet.
   • Close the cabinet door.
5. Priming: Before plugging in, dispense water from the cold and hot spouts until water flows steadily. This removes air from the lines.
6. Power Connection: Plug the dispenser into a grounded 110-120V AC outlet.

Operating Instructions

• Power On: Once plugged in, the indicator lights will illuminate. The dispenser will begin cooling and heating water.
• Hot Water Dispensing: To dispense hot water, press the safety button (if applicable) and then press the hot water lever/button. Use caution as water is hot.
• Cold Water Dispensing: Press the cold water lever/button to dispense chilled water.
• Room Temperature Water Dispensing: Press the room temperature water lever/button to dispense water at ambient temperature.
• Bottle Empty Indicator: The dispenser will have an indicator light to signal when the water bottle is empty and needs replacement.

Maintenance

• Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth regularly. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
