Setup Instructions

  1. Insert Batteries: Open the battery compartment on the back of the TENS unit. Insert the two AAA batteries (included), ensuring correct polarity. Close the compartment securely.
  2. Connect Pads: Connect the electrode cords from the Long Life Pads to the TENS unit. The pads are self-adhesive and designed for repeated use.
  3. Prepare Skin: Ensure the skin area where the pads will be applied is clean, dry, and free of lotions or oils. This helps ensure proper adhesion and effective electrical conduction.
  4. Apply Pads: Carefully remove the protective film from the Long Life Pads. Apply the pads firmly to the desired treatment area on your body. Refer to the Pad Placement Guide for recommended locations for different pain areas.

Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Press the "ON/OFF" button to turn on the device. The display will illuminate.
  2. Select Mode: Press the "MODE" button to cycle through the available treatment modes.
    • Body Pain Modes (6): Shoulder, Lower Back, Arm, Foot, Leg, Joint.
    • Massage-like Modes (3): Rub, Tap, Knead.
    The selected mode will be highlighted on the display.
  3. Adjust Intensity: Use the "Intensity" up (▲) and down (▼) arrow buttons to adjust the stimulation intensity. There are 15 adjustable levels. Start with a low intensity and gradually increase it until you feel a comfortable, yet effective, sensation. Avoid increasing intensity to an uncomfortable level.
  4. Treatment Duration: Each treatment session is typically 15 minutes. The device will automatically shut off after the session is complete.
  5. Power Off: To turn off the device manually, press and hold the "ON/OFF" button.
