Setup Instructions
- Insert Batteries: Open the battery compartment on the back of the TENS unit. Insert the two AAA batteries (included), ensuring correct polarity. Close the compartment securely.
- Connect Pads: Connect the electrode cords from the Long Life Pads to the TENS unit. The pads are self-adhesive and designed for repeated use.

Operating Instructions
- Power On: Press the "ON/OFF" button to turn on the device. The display will illuminate.
- Select Mode: Press the "MODE" button to cycle through the available treatment modes.
- Body Pain Modes (6): Shoulder, Lower Back, Arm, Foot, Leg, Joint.
- Massage-like Modes (3): Rub, Tap, Knead.
