6. Operating Instructions

Warm-Up Routine:

  1. Begin by slowly turning the head side-to-side 5 times.
  2. Then tilting the head forward and backward 5 times.
  3. Finish by leaning the neck from side-to-side 5 times.

Usage Steps:

  1. After your warm-up, place the deflated unit on a comfortable, firm surface.
  2. Deflate air cells by pushing the button on the hand pump.
  3. Position your neck on the air cells, ensuring the Comfort Visor® forehead restraint is comfortably molded to your forehead.
  4. Adjust the Comfort Visor® straps to ensure a snug but comfortable fit.
  5. Using the hand pump, slowly inflate the air cells to a comfortable level. Do not over-inflate to the point of pain.
  6. Hold the inflation for 5 seconds, then release the air completely. Repeat this 10 times.
  7. Gradually increase the hold time to a maximum of 15 minutes per session over several weeks, as comfort allows.
  8. To release air, push the button on the hand pump.
