2. Setup
2.1 Battery Installation

- Slide the cover downwards or press the latch (if present) and lift to open the compartment.
- Insert four (4) AAA batteries, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals align correctly with the markings inside the compartment.
- Replace the battery compartment cover by sliding it back into place until it clicks securely.

3. Operating Instructions
This Redi-Remote control is pre-programmed for immediate use with your compatible MARANTZ unit. No additional setup or programming is required.
3.1 Basic Functions
- Power: Press the POWER button to turn your MARANTZ unit on or off.
- Volume Control: Use the VOL + and VOL - buttons to adjust the audio volume.
- Input Selection: Use the INPUT or source selection buttons to switch between different audio/video inputs (e.g., CD, DVD, AUX).
- Mute: Press the MUTE button to temporarily silence the audio. Press again to restore sound.
- Navigation: Use the directional arrow buttons (UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT) and ENTER/OK button for menu navigation and selection.
