Product Overview

Front Panel

Setup

Initial Hardware Connection

Step 1: Power Connection

Troubleshooting

Power Issues

• No Power: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to the device and a working power outlet. Verify the On/Off switch on the rear panel is in the 'On' position.
• Power LED Off: If the power LED on the front panel is not illuminated, double-check all power connections.

Network Connectivity Issues

• No Network Access: Verify the Ethernet cable is properly connected to the LAN port on the DNH-1000 and your network switch/router. Check the LAN port status indicators for activity.
• Cannot Access Management Interface: Ensure your computer or management device is on the same network segment as the DNH-1000. Refer to the QIG for the default IP address or device discovery method.

Resetting the Device

To restore the device to factory default settings, use a paperclip or similar pointed object to press and hold the recessed Reset button on the rear panel for approximately 5-10 seconds while the device is powered on. Release the button when the power LED blinks, indicating the reset process has begun.
