4. Setup and Assembly

Before first use, wash all removable parts (except the motor base) in warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Ensure all parts are completely dry before assembly.

  1. Place the motor base on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
  2. Align the juicing bowl with the motor base and rotate it clockwise until it locks securely into place.
  3. Insert the filter basket into the juicing bowl, ensuring it sits firmly.
  4. Place the auger (squeezing screw) into the center of the filter basket.
  5. Attach the top cover, aligning the marks on the cover with those on the juicing bowl, and rotate clockwise until it locks.
  6. Position the juice container under the juice outlet and the pulp container under the pulp outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for optimal juicing:

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Cut them into pieces small enough to fit into the feeding chute. Remove any hard seeds, pits, or thick peels (e.g., citrus peels).
  2. Ensure the juice and pulp containers are in place.
  3. Plug the appliance into a suitable power outlet.
  4. Turn the control knob to the "On" position. The auger will begin to rotate.
  5. Gradually feed the prepared ingredients into the feeding chute. Use the food pusher to gently guide the ingredients down. Do not force ingredients, as this can strain the motor.
  6. The juicer will separate the juice from the pulp. Fresh juice will flow into the juice container, and pulp will be expelled into the pulp container.
  7. Once juicing is complete, turn the control knob to the "Off" position and unplug the appliance.
  8. Reverse Function: If ingredients become jammed during operation, turn the control knob to the "R" (Reverse) position for a few seconds. This will rotate the auger in the opposite direction to clear the blockage. Then, switch back to "Off" and then "On" to resume juicing.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your juicer.

  1. Immediate Cleaning: After each use, turn off and unplug the juicer.
  2. Disassemble the juicer by reversing the assembly steps.
  3. Rinse all removable parts (top cover, auger, filter basket, juicing bowl, juice/pulp containers, food pusher) under running water to remove large pulp residues.
  4. Hand Wash Only: Wash these parts with warm, soapy water using the provided cleaning brush to thoroughly clean the filter basket and other components. The cleaning brush is particularly useful for removing pulp from the fine mesh of the filter.
  5. Rinse all parts thoroughly and allow them to air dry completely before reassembling or storing.
  6. Motor Base: Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water or place it under running water.
  7. Store the assembled or disassembled juicer in a clean, dry place.
