Installation Guide
Before beginning installation, ensure your door thickness is between 38 mm and 110 mm. You will need a screwdriver and potentially a drill if no existing peephole is present.
- Prepare the Door:
- If replacing an existing peephole, unscrew and remove it.
- If there is no existing peephole, drill a hole of appropriate diameter (refer to the product's specific drilling template, if provided, or standard peephole size) at your desired viewing height. Ensure the hole is clean and free of debris.
- Install the Outdoor Camera Unit:
- Insert the outdoor camera unit through the hole from the exterior side of the door. Ensure the camera is facing outwards and is level.
- Guide the flexible cable from the camera unit through the hole to the interior side of the door.
- Attach the Mounting Bracket:
- On the interior side of the door, slide the mounting bracket over the camera cable.
- Secure the mounting bracket to the outdoor camera unit using the provided screws. Tighten firmly but do not overtighten.
- Connect the Indoor Viewer Unit:
- Connect the flexible cable from the outdoor camera unit to the designated port on the back of the indoor viewer unit.
- Carefully align the indoor viewer unit with the mounting bracket and slide it downwards until it clicks into place.
- Insert Batteries:
- Open the battery compartment on the indoor viewer unit.
- Insert 4 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment.
- Test the Viewer:
