Store the device in its deluxe storage case in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and humidity. Remove batteries if the unit will not be used for an extended period.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Error Message / Inaccurate Readings: Ensure the cuff is correctly applied and the air tube is securely connected. Verify that the cuff size is appropriate for your arm circumference. Remain still and silent during measurement. Check battery levels.
  • No Power: Check if batteries are inserted correctly and are not depleted. Replace with new batteries if necessary.
  • Cuff Not Inflating: Ensure the air tube is not kinked or blocked. Check for any leaks in the cuff or connections.
  • Irregular Heartbeat Symbol Appears Frequently: This indicates consistent detection of an irregular heartbeat. Consult your physician for advice.
