Setup and Installation
The Bobrick 2-Roll Tissue Dispenser is designed for surface mounting. Professional installation is recommended to ensure secure attachment and proper function.

Installation Steps:
- Select Location: Choose a suitable wall location, ensuring adequate clearance for operation and maintenance.
- Mark Mounting Points: Hold the dispenser against the wall at the desired height and use a pencil to mark the mounting screw locations.
- Drill Pilot Holes: Drill pilot holes at the marked locations, appropriate for your chosen mounting hardware.
- Secure Dispenser: Align the dispenser with the pilot holes and secure it to the wall using appropriate screws and anchors. Ensure the dispenser is level and firmly attached.
- Test Security: Gently pull on the dispenser to confirm it is securely mounted and does not wobble.
Operating Instructions
This dispenser is designed for easy loading and automatic roll advancement.
Loading Tissue Rolls:
- Unlock Dispenser: Use the provided key to unlock the top cover of the dispenser.
- Open Cover: Open the top cover to access the interior.
- Insert Rolls: Place two standard toilet tissue rolls, up to 5-1/4 inches in diameter, onto the spindles. Ensure the paper feeds correctly from the bottom roll.
- Close and Lock: Close the top cover and lock it securely with the key. This activates the theft-resistant spindles.
Automatic Roll Advancement:
The dispenser features an automatic roll advancement mechanism. When the bottom roll is depleted, the second roll will automatically drop into the dispensing position, ensuring continuous availability of tissue.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your dispenser.
Cleaning:
- Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive pads, or steel wool, as these can damage the satin stainless steel finish.
- Dry thoroughly with a clean, soft cloth to prevent water spots.
Inspection:
