Safety Instructions

Operating Instructions

Cooking Rice:

  1. Measure Rice: Use the provided measuring cup to measure the desired amount of rice.
  2. Wash Rice: Rinse the rice thoroughly under running water until the water runs clear.
  3. Add Water: Place the washed rice into the inner pan. Add the appropriate amount of water. A general guideline is 1.5 to 2 cups of water for every 1 cup of rice, but refer to the rice packaging for specific ratios.
  4. Place Pan: Insert the inner pan into the rice cooker's main body. Ensure the pan is properly seated and the exterior is dry.
  5. Close Lid: Place the lid securely on the rice cooker.
  6. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet (230 volts).
  7. Start Cooking: Press the "Cook" switch or button. The "Cook" indicator light will illuminate.
  8. Automatic Keep Warm: Once the rice is cooked (typically 15-20 minutes), the cooker will automatically switch to "Keep Warm" mode, and the "Warm" indicator light will illuminate.
  9. Serve: Allow the rice to rest in "Keep Warm" mode for 5-10 minutes for best results. Then, open the lid, fluff the rice with the provided ladle, and serve.

Cleaning and Maintenance

  • Always unplug the rice cooker from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
