Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove the mouse pad from its packaging. The mouse pad may be rolled for shipping.
- Flatten: Place the mouse pad on a flat, clean surface. If the edges show slight curling from packaging, allow it to lay flat for a few hours or up to a few days. Gentle pressure or rolling it in the opposite direction for a short period can help accelerate flattening.
- Position: Position the mouse pad on your desk in the desired location, ensuring the anti-slip rubber base is in full contact with the surface.

Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Redragon P001 ARCHELON Gaming Mouse Pad, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Due to its waterproof surface, spills can be easily wiped away with a damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, use mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Drying: After cleaning, allow the mouse pad to air dry completely before reuse. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
- Storage: If storing the mouse pad, roll it loosely to prevent creasing.
Troubleshooting
Mouse Pad Not Lying Flat
If your mouse pad does not lie perfectly flat immediately after unboxing, this is normal due to its rolled packaging. Allow it to rest on a flat surface for 24-72 hours. The material will naturally relax and flatten over time. You can also try gently rolling it in the opposite direction for a short period to help it flatten faster.
Mouse Tracking Issues
If you experience inconsistent mouse tracking, ensure the mouse pad surface is clean and free of dust or debris. Also, check your mouse's sensor for any obstructions. The silk-processed surface is designed for optimal tracking, so cleaning both the pad and mouse sensor usually resolves such issues.
