Care and Maintenance

Proper care will help maintain the quality and longevity of your mattress pad. Always refer to the care label on the product for specific instructions.

• Washing: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle.
• Drying: Tumble dry low. Ensure the pad is completely dry to prevent mildew.
• Bleaching: Do not bleach.
• Ironing: Do not iron.
• Dry Cleaning: Do not dry clean.

For best results, wash separately or with similar items. If the filling shifts after washing, gently pat and redistribute to restore loft.

Troubleshooting

Here are solutions to common issues you might encounter:

• Pad doesn't fit snugly: Ensure you have the correct size mattress pad for your mattress. The Twin size pad is 39 inches by 75 inches. Make sure the elastic skirt is fully stretched around all sides and corners of the mattress.
• Pad feels lumpy after washing: This can happen if the polyester fiberfill shifts during washing or drying. After drying, gently pat the pad to redistribute the filling evenly. You can also try tumble drying with a few tennis balls or dryer balls to help fluff the filling.
• Pad is not as soft as expected: Allow the pad to air out and fluff up for 24-48 hours after unpacking. Washing and drying according to instructions can also help restore its loft and softness.
