Operating Instructions
1. Powering On/Off
The fireplace can be powered on and off using the controls located on the unit itself or via the included multi-function remote control. Ensure the unit is plugged into a grounded 120V outlet.
2. Flame Effects
The 28" firebox features patented inner-glow logs and luminous embers to create a realistic flame effect. You can adjust the flame brightness levels and ember bed lighting options to customize your viewing experience. The unit can operate with or without the heating feature.

3. Heating Function
The integrated 5,118 BTU heater provides supplemental heat for rooms up to 1,000 square feet. The thermostat can be adjusted to maintain your desired room temperature. The heating function can be activated independently of the flame effects.
4. Remote Control
The multi-function remote control allows for convenient adjustment of flame effects, heater settings, thermostat, flame color themes, and activation of the on/off timer from anywhere in the room.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning

Troubleshooting

- No Heat: Ensure the heater function is activated via the unit's controls or remote. Check the thermostat setting; it may be set lower than the ambient room temperature.
- Flames Not Visible: Confirm the flame effect is turned on. Adjust flame brightness settings.
- Remote Control Not Working: Replace the remote control batteries. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the fireplace sensor.
