Setup and Assembly

Unpacking

Attaching the Bowl

For tilt-head models:

  1. Ensure the mixer is unplugged.
  2. Lift the motor head by tilting the head back.
  3. Place the mixing bowl onto the clamping plate, rotating it gently until it locks into place.
  4. Lower the motor head and ensure it is securely latched.

Attaching the Beater/Whisk/Dough Hook

  1. Ensure the mixer is unplugged and the motor head is tilted back.
  2. Slide the attachment onto the beater shaft, pushing upward as far as it will go.
  3. Turn the attachment to the right, hooking it over the pin on the shaft.
  4. Lower the motor head.

Operating Instructions

General Operation

  1. Ensure the mixer is properly assembled and the bowl and attachment are securely in place.
  2. Plug the mixer into a grounded electrical outlet.
  3. Add ingredients to the mixing bowl.
