Setup and Assembly
The greenhouse features a simplified assembly process with a pin & lock system for the weatherproof frame and slide-in roof panels. A complete base kit is included for additional height and stability. Operating Instructions
Doors and Access
The greenhouse is equipped with double doors that feature a latch mechanism for secure closure. These hinged doors provide a wide entry for easy access, allowing for the movement of larger plants or equipment.

Ventilation and Climate Control
To maintain optimum temperature and ensure proper air circulation, the greenhouse includes a roof vent, automatic vent openers, and a side louver window. These features allow you to control the internal environment, crucial for healthy plant growth.

Internal Space and Features
The barn-style roof design provides ample headroom, allowing for easy gardening and accommodating tall plants. The twin-wall panels diffuse light, ensuring even growing conditions throughout the greenhouse.

Maintenance
The 4mm twin-wall roof panels and 6mm twin-wall side panels are 100% UV protected, which helps prevent yellowing and brittleness over time, reducing the need for frequent panel replacement. The resin frame is weatherproof and designed for durability.
Regular cleaning of the panels with mild soap and water will help maintain light transmission and overall appearance. Avoid abrasive cleaners or tools that could scratch the polycarbonate surfaces.
Periodically inspect all connections and fasteners to ensure they remain secure, especially after strong winds or heavy snowfalls. Ensure the automatic vent openers are free of obstructions and functioning correctly.
Troubleshooting and Safety
WARNING: This greenhouse is designed for outdoor use and may be exposed to various weather conditions. Always assemble, use, and maintain the greenhouse according to the manufacturer's instructions. Be cautious of sharp edges on the 6mm twin-wall side panels and 4mm twin-wall roof panels. Wear appropriate protective gear when handling heavy components. Protect yourself from UV exposure when working under the greenhouse, especially during peak sunlight hours. Always ensure the greenhouse is properly anchored and ventilated to prevent damage or injury.
- Condensation Inside: Ensure proper ventilation by utilizing the roof vents and side louver windows. Automatic vent openers can assist in regulating internal temperature and humidity.
- Loose Panels: Check the pin & lock system and ensure all panels are securely slid into their designated channels. Refer to the installation manual for re-securing instructions.
- Door Sticking: Inspect the door hinges and latch for any debris or misalignment. Clean and lubricate if necessary.
- Water Leakage: Verify that all panels are correctly installed and sealed. Check for any gaps or damaged seals and address them promptly.
