3. Setup and Assembly
3.1 Unpacking

3.2 Placement
Place the sander on a stable, level surface capable of supporting its weight (Net weight: 118 kg, Gross weight: 168 kg). Ensure adequate space around the machine for safe operation and material handling.
3.3 Power Connection
Connect the machine to a 230V power supply. Ensure the electrical circuit is capable of handling the motor's power requirements (Motor power S6: 2250W). The machine is equipped with a corded electric power source.
3.4 Table Extension
The machine features On- & Outlet Table Extensions. These can be adjusted or unfolded to support longer workpieces. Ensure they are securely locked in place before operation.
3.5 Sanding Belt Installation
The machine uses commercial sanding bands. To install, ensure the machine is disconnected from power. Follow the specific instructions for your sanding belt type to properly tension and align it on the cylinder. The input voltage is managed via a spring system for optimal belt tension.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Powering On/Off
Locate the main power switch. Turn it to the "ON" position to start the machine. Turn it to "OFF" to stop. Always allow the sanding cylinder to reach full speed before feeding material.
4.2 Adjusting Sanding Thickness
The machine allows for a minimum workpiece thickness of 5 mm and a maximum of 75 mm. Use the adjustment mechanism (often a handwheel or lever) to set the desired sanding thickness. Ensure the adjustment is locked before operation.
4.3 Adjusting Advance Speed
