3. DVR Overview
3.1 Front Panel
The front panel of the DVR features status indicators and a USB port for connecting the mouse or for USB backup.

4. Setup
4.1 Hard Drive Installation (if not pre-installed or for replacement)
Note: Ensure the DVR is powered off before installing or replacing the hard drive. After installation, the hard drive must be formatted for proper recording.
- Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws on the sides and back of the DVR.
- Carefully slide off the recorder cover.
- Unplug the hard drive's power and data cables (if replacing an old drive).
- Connect the power and data cables to the new hard drive.
- Align the hard drive with the screw holes on the bottom of the DVR and secure it with a screwdriver.
- Close the cover and tighten the screws to complete the hard drive installation.

4.2 Initial Connection
