3. Package Contents

4. Setup

4.1 PC Connection

  1. Connect the detachable boom microphone to the headset's microphone port.
  2. Plug the PC Cable into the headset's main audio jack.
  3. Connect the green 3.5mm jack of the PC Cable to your computer's audio output (headphone) port.
  4. Connect the pink 3.5mm jack of the PC Cable to your computer's microphone input port.
  5. Adjust volume using the in-line volume control on the PC Cable.

4.2 Mobile Device Connection

  1. Ensure the detachable boom microphone is removed if you prefer to use the in-line microphone on the mobile cable.
  2. Plug the Mobile Cable into the headset's main audio jack.
  3. Connect the 3.5mm jack of the Mobile Cable into your mobile device's headphone jack.
  4. Adjust volume using your mobile device's volume controls. The in-line multifunction button can be used for call answer/end or music playback control depending on your device.

4.3 Customizing Speaker Plates

The headset features swappable speaker plates for personalization. Gently remove the existing plates by prying them off from the edges. Align the new speaker plates with the grooves on the ear cups and press firmly until they click into place.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Volume Control (PC Cable)

Rotate the volume wheel on the in-line control of the PC Cable to increase or decrease the audio output level.

5.2 Microphone Mute (PC Cable)

Slide the microphone mute switch on the in-line control of the PC Cable to mute or unmute your microphone. When muted, your voice will not be transmitted.

5.3 Mobile Cable Multifunction Button

The single button on the mobile cable's in-line control can perform various functions depending on your mobile device and application:

  • Single Press: Answer/End call, Play/Pause music.
  • Double Press: Skip to next track (music).
  • Triple Press: Go to previous track (music).

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

Wipe the headset surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. For ear cushions, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure they are completely dry before use. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

6.2 Storage

Store the headset in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Avoid tangling the cables and store them neatly to prevent damage.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1 No Audio

  • Ensure all cables are securely connected to the correct ports.
  • Check the in-line volume control on the PC Cable and ensure it is turned up.
  • Verify your device's audio output settings and volume levels.
  • Test the headset with another device to rule out a device-specific issue.

7.2 Microphone Not Working

  • Ensure the detachable boom microphone is fully inserted into the headset.
  • Check the microphone mute switch on the PC Cable and ensure it is in the unmute position.
  • Verify your device's microphone input settings and ensure the correct microphone is selected.
  • For mobile use, ensure the boom mic is removed if you intend to use the in-line mic on the mobile cable.

7.3 Poor Sound Quality

  • Ensure the audio source is of good quality.
  • Check for any loose connections or damaged cables.
  • Adjust your device's equalizer settings if available.
