Setup and Assembly
The TT-FM-1625 QB filter is shipped in a collapsed state and requires assembly. Follow these steps to correctly assemble the filter:

- Step 1: Prepare the Filter Base
Place the collapsed filter on a flat surface with the tabs facing up and the metal down. To open, gently lift, pull, and shake on both ends simultaneously from the shaded area as indicated in the diagram.
- Step 2: Form the Filter Sides
Fold up any sides that may be stuck down. Be careful of sharp edges on the metal frame. The filter should now resemble a box-like structure with pleats, as shown in the diagram.
- Step 3: Install the Filter Lid
Open the filter lid and erect the corners as shown. Apply the lid to the bottom section of the filter, following any instructions printed directly on the filter lid itself.
Caution: The metal edges of the filter can be sharp. Handle with care to avoid injury.

Operating and Installation
Once assembled, the filter is ready for installation into your TechPure TT-MAC-1625 air cleaner. Ensure the airflow arrow on the filter frame points in the direction of the air handler.
Refer to your air cleaner's specific manual for detailed instructions on how to open the filter compartment and correctly insert the new filter. Ensure the filter fits snugly to prevent air bypass.
