4.3 General Cleaning and Descaling
- Wipe the exterior of the machine with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents.
- Regular descaling is recommended to maintain machine performance and coffee quality. Refer to the Nespresso website or contact customer support for descaling instructions and products.
5. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Nespresso Inissia machine, please refer to the following common solutions:
- No coffee flow or slow flow: Check if the water tank is filled. Ensure the capsule is correctly inserted. Perform a rinse cycle without a capsule. Descale the machine if necessary.
- Flashing lights: This usually indicates the machine is heating up. If lights continue to flash after 25 seconds, ensure the water tank is properly seated and filled.
- Leaking: Check the water tank for proper seating. Ensure the drip tray is correctly positioned.
