Introduction

Safety Information

Always ensure the booster seat is securely attached to a dining chair before placing a child in it. Use the three-point harness at all times to prevent falls. Never leave a child unattended in the booster seat. This product is designed for use only on dining chairs and is suitable for children up to 50 lbs.

• Ensure all straps are securely fastened to the dining chair.
• Do not use on stools, benches, or chairs without a backrest.

Components

Setup Instructions

1. Unfolding the Booster Seat

1. Place the folded booster seat on a flat, stable surface.
2. Press the two side buttons on the armrests to release the backrest and unfold the seat.
3. Locate the white button underneath the seat. Press this button to extend the legs.
4. Ensure all legs are fully extended and locked into place before use.

2. Adjusting Height

The booster seat offers three height adjustment levels to accommodate different table heights and child growth.

1. To adjust the height, press the white button located underneath the seat.
2. While holding the button, pull or push the legs to the desired height setting.
3. Release the button to lock the legs into position. Ensure both sides are adjusted evenly.

3. Attaching to a Dining Chair

The booster seat is designed to securely attach to most standard dining chairs.

1. Place the booster seat on the dining chair, ensuring the anti-slip feet are firmly on the chair's seat.
2. Locate the two chair attachment straps. One strap goes under the dining chair's seat, and the other goes around the backrest.
3. Thread the straps through the buckles and pull them tight to secure the booster seat firmly to the dining chair.
4. Verify that the booster seat does not move or wobble when pushed.

Operating Instructions

1. Placing the Child in the Seat

1. Ensure the booster seat is securely attached to the dining chair.
2. Place the child in the seat.
3. Fasten the three-point harness around the child. Adjust the straps for a snug, secure fit.

2. Attaching and Adjusting the Tray

The removable tray can be adjusted to three positions.

1. To attach the tray, align the tray's connectors with the slots on the booster seat's armrests and push down until it clicks into place.
2. To adjust the tray's position, locate the release levers on the underside of the tray (or sides of the armrests, depending on model).
3. Press the levers and slide the tray forward or backward to the desired position. Release the levers to lock.
4. To remove the tray, press the release levers and lift the tray upwards.

Maintenance & Cleaning

The Chicco Pocket Snack Booster Seat is designed for easy cleaning.

• General Cleaning: Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap.
• Tray Cleaning: The tray can be easily removed for thorough cleaning. It is dishwasher safe.
• Harness Straps: Wipe straps clean with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash or bleach.
• Storage: Store in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.

Folding & Portability

The compact fold feature makes the Pocket Snack highly portable.

1. Remove the tray and unfasten all chair attachment straps.
2. Press the white button underneath the seat to retract the legs to their lowest position.
3. Press the two side buttons on the armrests to fold the backrest down onto the seat.
4. Once folded, the integrated carry strap can be used for easy transport.
