3. Setup and Installation

From the main screen, select the specific skylight or blind you wish to operate. Use the on-screen controls to open, close, or adjust the position of the selected device.

4.3 Group Control

The control pad allows you to group multiple skylights and blinds together for simultaneous operation. Consult the on-screen menu for creating and managing groups.

4.4 Creating and Managing Programs

The "Programs" menu (as shown in Figure 1) allows you to set up automated actions. You can create programs based on:

  • Time of Day: Schedule operations at specific times.
  • Day of Week: Set different schedules for weekdays and weekends.
  • Month of Year: Adjust programs seasonally.

Predefined programs include "Automatic closing" (e.g., after a set open duration), "Leaving home" (e.g., close all devices), "Good Morning" (e.g., open blinds), "Good night" (e.g., close blinds), "Indoor climate" (e.g., adjust based on temperature/humidity if sensors are integrated), and "Ventilation" (e.g., open skylights for air exchange).

5. Maintenance

5.1 Battery Replacement

When the battery indicator appears on the screen or the control pad becomes unresponsive, replace the three AA batteries. Use high-quality alkaline batteries for optimal performance. Ensure the control pad is powered off before replacing batteries.

5.2 Cleaning

Clean the screen and casing with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or aerosol sprays, as these may damage the surface or internal components.
