Setup

- Setting the Home City:
- In the Timekeeping Mode, press and hold the 'ADJUST' button until the city code starts to flash.
- Use the 'REVERSE' and 'FORWARD' buttons to select your desired home city code.
- Press 'MODE' to cycle through other settings like DST (Daylight Saving Time) and 12/24-hour format.
- Use 'REVERSE' and 'FORWARD' to change the settings.
- Press 'ADJUST' to exit the setting screen.
- Setting the Time and Date:
- After setting the home city, the seconds digits will flash. Use 'ADJUST' to move to the hour, minute, year, month, and day settings.
- Use the 'REVERSE' and 'FORWARD' buttons to change the flashing value.
- Press 'ADJUST' to confirm and exit.
Operating Instructions

- World Time Mode:

- Stopwatch Mode:
- From Timekeeping Mode, press 'MODE' until 'STW' (Stopwatch) appears.

- Press 'ADJUST' (usually the top left button) to reset the stopwatch to zero.
- Countdown Timer Mode:
- From Timekeeping Mode, press 'MODE' until 'TMR' (Timer) appears.
- Press and hold 'ADJUST' to enter the setting mode.
- Use 'REVERSE' and 'FORWARD' to set the desired countdown time.
- Press 'ADJUST' to confirm, then 'START/STOP' to begin the countdown.
- Alarm Mode:
- From Timekeeping Mode, press 'MODE' until 'ALM' (Alarm) appears.
- Use 'FORWARD' to cycle through the 5 alarms and the hourly time signal.
- Press and hold 'ADJUST' to enter the alarm setting mode.
- Use 'REVERSE' and 'FORWARD' to set the alarm time.
- Press 'ADJUST' to confirm. Press 'START/STOP' to toggle the alarm ON/OFF.
- LED Backlight (Super Illuminator):
- Press the 'LIGHT' button (usually the bottom right button) to illuminate the display.
- The watch may also feature an auto-light function, which illuminates the display when the watch is tilted towards your face.

Maintenance
