2. Safety Information

Please read and understand all safety instructions before operating the RC Nitro Buggy. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage to the product.

4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Buggy Battery

  1. Connect the rechargeable battery pack to the provided charger.

4.2 Installing Batteries in the Buggy

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the RC Buggy.
  2. Open the battery compartment cover, usually secured by a screw or latch.
  3. Insert the fully charged rechargeable battery pack into the compartment, ensuring the connector is properly aligned and secured.
  4. Close the battery compartment cover and secure it.

4.3 Installing Batteries in the Remote Control

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
  2. Open the battery compartment cover.
  3. Insert the 2 AA batteries, observing the correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
  4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

4.4 Frequency Selection

The RC Buggy operates on either a 27 MHz or 40 MHz frequency. If you are operating multiple RC vehicles simultaneously, ensure each vehicle and its remote control are on different frequencies to avoid interference. The frequency is typically indicated on the product packaging or the vehicle itself. Pre-selection of frequency is not possible at the time of purchase.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off

  1. Turn on the power switch located on the RC Buggy.
  2. Turn on the power switch on the remote control.
  3. The buggy and remote should automatically pair. If not, turn both off and on again.
  4. To power off, turn off the remote control first, then the buggy.

5.2 Basic Controls

  • Steering Wheel: Rotate the steering wheel on the remote control left or right to turn the buggy.
  • Throttle Trigger: Pull the trigger towards you to move the buggy forward. Push the trigger away from you to engage reverse or brake.

5.3 Nitro Turbo Speed Function

The RC Nitro Buggy features a Turbo Speed Button for an extra burst of speed.

  1. While driving forward, press the 'TURBO' button on the remote control (refer to Image 4.1 for location).
  2. This will activate an additional 8 km/h speed boost, increasing the buggy's speed from 12 km/h to an impressive 20 km/h.
  3. The buggy also features a visual 'Nitro tank' effect for enhanced play.

5.4 Driving Tips

  • Practice in an open area to get accustomed to the controls.
