- Do not immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid. Clean with a damp cloth only.
- Keep fingers and utensils away from moving parts during operation. Always use the food pusher.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
- Ensure the appliance is placed on a stable, flat, and dry surface during operation.
- Do not process bones, nuts, or other hard foods that could damage the grinding mechanism.
- Allow the motor to cool down after 10 minutes of continuous use to prevent overheating.

Assembly and Setup
Before first use, wash all removable parts in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Ensure the motor unit is unplugged from the power outlet.
- Insert the grinder head into the motor unit opening, aligning the tab on the grinder head with the slot on the motor unit. Turn clockwise until it locks securely.
- Place the auger (feeding screw) into the grinder head, ensuring the shaft is fully inserted.
- Place the stainless steel blade onto the auger shaft with the sharp edges facing outwards, towards the grinding disc.
- Select the desired grinding disc (fine, medium, or coarse) and place it onto the auger shaft, aligning the notch on the disc with the pin on the grinder head.
- Screw the fixing ring onto the grinder head clockwise until it is hand-tight. Do not overtighten.
- Place the feeding tray onto the top of the grinder head.
- Ensure the appliance is on a stable, flat surface before plugging it into a power outlet.

Operating Instructions
Meat Grinding
- Prepare meat by cutting it into small pieces (approximately 2-3 cm) that fit into the feeding tray opening. Remove any bones, gristle, or tendons.
- Place a suitable container under the grinder head to collect the minced meat.
- Plug the appliance into a power outlet.
- Press the 'ON' switch to start the motor.
- Feed the meat pieces into the feeding tray opening. Use the food pusher to gently guide the meat down the grinder head. Never use your fingers or other utensils.
- After grinding, press the 'OFF' switch. If the grinder jams, press the 'R' (Reverse) switch for a few seconds to clear the blockage, then switch back to 'OFF' before attempting to grind again.
- Unplug the appliance from the power outlet after use.
Sausage Making
To make sausages, replace the grinding disc and blade with the sausage making attachment.
- Disassemble the grinding disc and blade.
- Place the auger into the grinder head.
- Attach the sausage making accessory onto the auger shaft, then secure it with the fixing ring.
- Prepare your sausage mixture.
- Slide the sausage casing onto the nozzle of the attachment.
- Plug in the appliance and press 'ON'.
- Feed the sausage mixture into the feeding tray, using the food pusher to guide it. The mixture will fill the casing.
- Guide the casing as it fills, twisting it at desired intervals to form individual sausages.
- Press 'OFF' and unplug the appliance when finished.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your meat grinder. All removable parts are designed for easy cleaning.
- Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Disassemble the grinder head, auger, blade, grinding disc, and fixing ring.
- Wash all removable parts in warm soapy water. Use a brush to remove any stubborn food residue.
- Rinse all parts thoroughly under running water.
- Dry all parts immediately and completely to prevent rust, especially the stainless steel blade and discs.
- Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor unit in water.
- Store the appliance and its accessories in a dry place.
