Operating Instructions
1. Interaction and Commands
Zoomer is designed to respond to your voice and touch. Speak clearly and directly to Zoomer. He understands commands in English, Spanish, and French. You can teach him various tricks such as 'speak', 'sit', 'lay down', 'rollover', and 'shake a paw'. Reward him with a belly scratch for good behavior, and he will show his excitement by wagging his tail.
Zoomer also follows your movement with his expressive puppy eyes, enhancing the interactive experience.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning
To clean Zoomer, gently wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Do not submerge Zoomer in water or use harsh chemicals, as this can damage the electronic components.
2. Battery Care
Always use the provided USB charging cable to recharge Zoomer. Avoid overcharging. If Zoomer will not be used for an extended period, ensure it is fully charged before storage and periodically recharge it to maintain battery health. Note: Zoomer provides approximately 20-25 minutes of interactive play per charge and requires approximately one hour for a full recharge.
Troubleshooting
- Zoomer is not responding: Ensure Zoomer is powered on and fully charged. Speak clearly and within close proximity.
- Zoomer is not moving correctly: Check that all limbs and wheels are free from obstructions. If Zoomer's ears are detachable, ensure they are securely attached, as they contain sensors vital for proper operation.
- Charging issues: Verify that the USB charging cable is properly connected to both Zoomer and the power source. Ensure the charging port is clean and free from debris.
- Unexpected behavior: Try turning Zoomer off and then on again to reset its system.
