5. Troubleshooting
- No Power: Ensure the speaker is fully charged. Connect the external power supply and allow it to charge for a few hours.
- No Sound: Check the volume levels on both the speaker and your connected device. Ensure the correct input source is selected (Bluetooth or AUX). Verify that the speaker is properly paired via Bluetooth.
- Bluetooth Connectivity Issues:
- Ensure the speaker is in pairing mode (flashing Bluetooth light).
- Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device.
- Forget the speaker from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to re-pair.
- Move your device closer to the speaker to ensure it's within range.
- If the speaker connects to an unintended device, try disconnecting it from that device or moving out of range of other Bluetooth devices before pairing with your desired source.
- Distorted Sound: Reduce the volume on both the speaker and your device. Ensure the audio source is of good quality. If TURBO Mode is active, try disabling it to see if distortion improves.
- Speakerphone Echo: Ensure the speaker is placed in a clear area, away from walls or reflective surfaces that might cause echo.
