2. Setup
2.1 Power Connection
Connect the clock radio to a standard 120V AC house current outlet using the integrated power cord. Ensure the cord is securely plugged into both the unit and the wall outlet.
2.2 Battery Backup Installation
For continuous time and alarm settings during power interruptions, install 2 AAA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment located on the bottom of the unit. Observe correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
2.3 Initial Time Setting
Upon first power-up or after battery installation, the display may flash. To set the time:
- Press and hold the TIME SET button (often combined with the SLEEP button) until the hour digits begin to flash.
- Use the HOUR and TUNE/MIN buttons to adjust the hour and minute respectively. Pay attention to the PM indicator if setting a 12-hour format.
- Press TIME SET again to confirm and exit time setting mode.

3.1 Setting Alarms (Dual Alarms)
The unit features two independent alarms (Alarm 1 and Alarm 2) that can be set for different times or days (e.g., weekdays and weekends).
- Press and hold the ALARM ONE or ALARM TWO button until the alarm time flashes.
- Use the HOUR and TUNE/MIN buttons to set the desired alarm time.
- Press the respective ALARM button again to cycle through wake modes: Buzzer or Radio. The corresponding indicator will light up.
- Press the ALARM button one more time to confirm and exit alarm setting mode.
3.2 AM/FM Radio Operation
Enjoy your favorite radio stations with digital tuning.
- Turning On/Off: Press the MODE button to switch to AM or FM radio. Press and hold the MODE button to turn the radio off.
- Tuning: Use the TUNE/MIN buttons to manually adjust the frequency. Press and hold for automatic scanning.
- Presets: The unit can store up to 20 preset stations (10 AM, 10 FM). To save a preset, tune to the desired station, then press and hold the PRESETS button until the preset number flashes. Use the TUNE/MIN buttons to select a preset number, then press PRESETS again to confirm. To recall a preset, briefly press the PRESETS button to cycle through saved stations.
- Volume Control: Use the VOL buttons to adjust the listening volume.
3.3 Auxiliary Input (AUX)
Connect your smartphone, MP3 player, or tablet to the clock radio using a 3.5mm audio cable (not included) via the AUX jack located on the back of the unit. This allows you to play music, podcasts, or audiobooks through the unit's 2-inch dynamic speaker.
- Activating AUX: Press the MODE button until "AUX" or a similar indicator appears on the display.
- Playing Audio: Start playback on your connected device.
3.4 Sleep Timer
The sleep timer allows you to fall asleep to radio or AUX audio, which will automatically turn off after a set duration (10-90 minutes).
- While listening to radio or AUX, press the SLEEP button repeatedly to cycle through available sleep times (e.g., 90, 60, 30, 15, 10 minutes, or OFF).
- The display will show the selected sleep time briefly before returning to the current time.
3.5 Display Dimmer
Adjust the brightness of the 1.2-inch LED display to your preference.
- Press the DIMMER button (often combined with SNOOZE/SLEEP) to cycle through different brightness levels (Hi/Lo).
4. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Battery Replacement: Replace backup batteries annually or when the "LOW BATT" indicator appears to ensure continuous operation during power outages.
- Antenna: For optimal FM radio reception, fully extend the FM wire antenna located at the back of the unit. For AM reception, rotate the unit for best signal.
