Setup
Powering the Keyboard
The Casiotone SA-51 can be powered in two ways:

Connecting Headphones

Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
Locate the power switch on the top left of the keyboard. Slide it to the 'ON' position to power on the unit. Slide to 'OFF' to power off.
Volume Control
Adjust the volume using the slider control labeled 'VOLUME' next to the power switch. Slide towards 'MAX' for louder sound and 'MIN' for softer sound.
Selecting Tones

Choose from 50 rhythm patterns. Refer to the rhythm list on the keyboard and use the numbered buttons to select a rhythm. Press the 'START/STOP' button to begin or end the rhythm playback.
Playing Built-in Songs
The keyboard includes 10 built-in songs. Select a song from the song list using the numbered buttons. Press 'START/STOP' to play or pause the song. You can play along with the melody or practice your own parts.
Octave Adjustment
Use the 'OCTAVE +' and 'OCTAVE -' buttons to shift the pitch of the keyboard up or down by octaves, expanding the playable range.
Metronome Function
Activate the metronome function by pressing the 'METRONOME FUNCTION' button to help with timing and rhythm practice.
