Safety Information
Your Dogtra product should be used only in a humane manner to train and educate your dog. Dogtra products are not intended for use in any other manner nor are they intended for use with other animals or with humans. Leaving the receiver in the same location on the dog’s neck for an extended period of time is not recommended. If the dog is to wear the receiver for long periods, occasionally reposition the receiver so that the contact points are moved to a different location on the dog’s neck. Make sure to check your dog’s neck each time you use the unit.

Initial Charging:
Before first use, fully charge both the transmitter and the receiver collar. The system includes 2 Lithium Polymer batteries. Use the provided charger and splitter cable to charge both units simultaneously. A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours.
Fitting the Receiver Collar:
Proper fit of the receiver collar is crucial for effective operation. The contact points must have direct contact with your dog's skin. Ensure the collar is snug enough so that the contact points do not move around on the dog's neck, but not so tight as to impede breathing or cause discomfort. You should be able to fit two fingers snugly under the collar strap.
