Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the mirror from its packaging. Retain all packaging materials for future storage or transport.
- Placement: Place the mirror on a stable, flat surface, such as a vanity or desk. Ensure the location is not exposed to direct sunlight to prevent potential fire hazards.
- Power Connection: Plug the polarized wall plug into a standard electrical outlet.
- Initial Adjustment: The mirror may arrive with the swivel mechanism tight for shipping. Locate the small tool often found underneath the mirror base. Use this tool to slightly loosen the two internal screws on each side of the mirror head to allow for smooth 270-degree rotation.
Operating Instructions
Using the Infinity Dimmer Switch
- To turn the mirror ON, rotate the knob located at the base of the mirror clockwise.
- Continue rotating the knob clockwise to increase the brightness of the surround light.
- Rotate the knob counter-clockwise to decrease the brightness.
- To turn the mirror OFF, rotate the knob fully counter-clockwise until it clicks.
Switching Magnification
- The mirror features two sides: one with 5X magnification and the other with 1X magnification.
- To switch between magnifications, gently grasp the mirror frame and rotate it 270 degrees on its axis until the desired magnification side is facing you.
