3. Setup
3.1. Unpacking and Placement
- Carefully remove the appliance and all accessories from the packaging.
- Place the cooker on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit. Maintain at least 10 cm (4 inches) of clear space on all sides.
3.2. Initial Cleaning

4.3. Cooking Process
Close the lid securely. The appliance will maintain the set temperature for the programmed duration. Monitor the cooking process as needed. The lid's silicone seal helps maintain temperature and prevent evaporation.

4.4. Draining Water
After cooking, turn off the appliance and allow the water to cool slightly. Use the drain tap located on the front of the unit to safely empty the water into a suitable container or drain.

- Drain all water from the unit using the drain tap.

- Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these can damage the stainless steel finish.
