3. Operating the Game

If a character has negative BP, they will be unable to act for that many turns until their BP returns to zero or positive.

Characters can be assigned various "Jobs," each with unique abilities, stats, and equipment proficiencies. Leveling up jobs unlocks new skills and passive abilities.
