3. Setup and Preparation

4.2. For Permanent Bonds

1. Hold the can upright approximately 6-8 inches (15-20 cm) from the surface.
2. Apply a medium, even coat of adhesive to both surfaces to be bonded.
3. Allow the adhesive to dry for 1-3 minutes until tacky.
4. Carefully align the surfaces and press them together firmly. Once contact is made, repositioning may be difficult.
5. Apply pressure evenly across the bonded area to ensure maximum adhesion.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

5.1. Cleaning the Nozzle

To prevent clogging, after each use, invert the can and spray for a few seconds until only propellant comes out. This clears the nozzle of adhesive residue.

5.2. Cleaning Up Excess Adhesive

Wet adhesive can be cleaned with mineral spirits. Always test mineral spirits on an inconspicuous area first to ensure it does not damage the surface.
