3. Setup and First Use
Before using your Gastroback 42325 Milk Frother for the first time, please follow these steps:
- Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and ensure all components are present.
- Clean: Wash the milk jug interior and the frothing spiral with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Do not immerse the base unit in water.
- Placement: Place the frother on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from water sources.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Preparing Hot Milk Foam
- Ensure the frothing spiral is correctly placed inside the jug.
- Pour cold milk into the jug. Do not exceed the "MAX FOAM" fill line (approximately 350 ml).
- Place the lid securely on the jug.
- Press the illuminated "Soft Touch" on/off switch once. The light will illuminate, and the frother will begin to heat and froth the milk.
- The frother will automatically switch off once the desired temperature and foam consistency are reached.
- Carefully remove the lid and pour the frothed milk.
4.2. Preparing Cold Milk Foam
- Ensure the frothing spiral is correctly placed inside the jug.
- Pour cold milk into the jug. Do not exceed the "MAX FOAM" fill line (approximately 350 ml).
- Place the lid securely on the jug.
- Press and hold the illuminated "Soft Touch" on/off switch for approximately 2 seconds. The light will illuminate, and the frother will begin to froth the milk without heating.
- The frother will automatically switch off after a few minutes, or you can press the button again to stop it manually.
- Carefully remove the lid and pour the frothed milk.
4.3. Heating Milk or Cocoa
To heat milk or cocoa without frothing, remove the frothing spiral from the jug.
- Remove the frothing spiral from the jug.
- Pour milk or cocoa into the jug. Do not exceed the "MAX HEAT" fill line (approximately 250 ml).
- Place the lid securely on the jug.
- Press the illuminated "Soft Touch" on/off switch once. The light will illuminate, and the frother will begin to heat the liquid.
- The frother will automatically switch off once the desired temperature is reached.
- Carefully remove the lid and pour the heated liquid.
