Safety Information

• SUFFOCATION HAZARD: Infants have suffocated in bassinets. Use only the mattress pad provided by the manufacturer. Never add a pillow, comforter, or another mattress for padding.
• FALL HAZARD: To prevent falls, do not use this product once the infant begins to push up on hands and knees or has reached 25 lbs, whichever comes first.
• Always ensure all bolts and nuts are securely tightened before use.
• Keep small parts away from children during assembly.
• Regularly check the product for damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts, or sharp edges. Do not use the bassinet if any parts are missing or broken.
• The Lacy Bassinet is JPMA certified to meet/exceed ASTM standards.

Setup & Assembly

Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is recommended to have assistance during certain steps.

1. Prepare the Bassinet Basket:
   The bassinet basket comes with metal tubes inserted into the fabric. Remove the protective caps from the ends of these tubes. Connect the two metal pieces together by inserting one into the other. Ensure they are securely joined.
2. Attach Brackets to Bassinet Basket:
   Locate the two holes on each side of the connected metal tubes of the bassinet basket. Insert the two brackets into these holes. Secure them using two nuts on each side.
3. Prepare the Bassinet Frame:
   The bassinet frame consists of two main curved pieces, each with two wheels. To ensure a stable setup (not rocking), push the button on each wheel assembly and rotate the wheels until they are locked in the upright, non-rocking position. Repeat for all four wheels.
4. Attach Bassinet Basket to Frame:
   Align the brackets on the bassinet basket with the corresponding holes on the bassinet frame. Insert the bolts through the holes and secure them with nuts. Tighten all nuts using the provided wrench and a Phillips head screwdriver (not included) to ensure stability.
5. Install Storage Basket:
   The mesh storage basket attaches to the lower part of the bassinet frame. Locate the attachment points on the frame and secure the storage basket.
6. Place Mattress Pad:
   Insert the provided mattress pad into the bassinet basket. Ensure it lies flat and fits snugly.
7. Install Canopy:
   Attach the canopy to the designated slots on the bassinet frame. The canopy is adjustable and can be folded back or extended to cover the bassinet.

Operating Instructions

2-in-1 Functionality (Bassinet to Rocking Cradle)

The Lacy Bassinet can be easily converted into a rocking cradle. To switch from stationary bassinet to rocking cradle mode, simply rotate the wheels upwards. This disengages the wheels from the floor, allowing the curved frame to rock. To return to stationary mode, rotate the wheels downwards until they lock into place.

Canopy Use

The multipurpose full canopy can be adjusted to provide shade or protection. It features both mesh and fabric sections. Extend the canopy to shield your baby from light or insects. The mesh section helps keep bugs at bay while allowing airflow.

Storage Basket

Utilize the large storage basket located below the bassinet to keep baby essentials such as diapers, wipes, and extra blankets conveniently at hand.

Portability

Maintenance

• Fabric Care: The bassinet is made of polyester foam fabric. For cleaning, hand wash only. Wipe with a damp cloth. Do not bleach. Air dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
• Frame Care: Wipe the aluminum frame with a damp cloth as needed.
