5. Airspace Requirement: For maximum heat reflection (over 90%), maintain at least 1 inch of airspace between the HP Sticky Shield and the heat source. The product can be used with less than 1 inch of airspace, but its reflective efficiency will be reduced.
6. Sealing Seams (Optional): If multiple pieces of HP Sticky Shield are used, or to protect edges, Heatshield Armor Weld Tape can be used to seal seams and provide additional protection. This tape can also be used to repair minor damage.
