Button Functions

• MODE Button (Top Left): Cycles through the different modes: Time Display, Chronograph (Stopwatch), and Alarm Setting.
• ST/STP Button (Top Right): Used to start and stop the chronograph. In setting modes, it adjusts values or moves to the next setting item.
• LIGHT Button (Bottom Left): Activates the backlight for a few seconds, illuminating the display in low-light conditions.

Setup

Setting Time and Date

1. From the Time Display mode, press and hold the ADJ button until the seconds begin to flash. This indicates you are in setting mode.
2. Press the MODE button to cycle through the settings: Seconds → Hour → Minute → Month → Date → Day of the Week.
3. Use the ST/STP button to adjust the flashing value. Hold it down to change values more quickly.

Setting the Alarm

1. Press the MODE button repeatedly until you reach the Alarm mode (usually indicated by 'AL' or a bell icon).
2. Press and hold the ADJ button until the alarm hour begins to flash.
3. Use the ST/STP button to set the desired alarm hour.
4. Press the MODE button to move to the alarm minute setting.

6. Press the ADJ button to confirm the alarm time and exit the setting mode.
7. To turn the alarm ON/OFF, in Alarm mode, press the ST/STP button. An alarm icon will appear/disappear on the display.

Chronograph (Stopwatch) Mode

1. Press the MODE button until you reach the Chronograph mode (usually indicated by 'CHRONO' or 'STW'). The display will show 00:00:00.
2. Press the ST/STP button to start the stopwatch.
3. Press the ST/STP button again to pause the stopwatch.
4. To resume, press ST/STP again.
5. To reset the stopwatch to zero, while paused, press the ADJ button.
