  • Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.
  • Do not handle plug or appliance with wet hands.
  • Do not put any object into openings. Do not use with any opening blocked; keep free of dust, lint, hair, and anything that may reduce air flow.

  • Do not use without dust bag and/or filters in place.
  • Turn off all controls before unplugging.

  • Do not use to pick up toxic material, asbestos, or other hazardous materials.

Setup

Assembly

  1. Unpack Components: Remove all parts from the packaging.
  2. Attach Casters (if separate): If the casters (wheels) are not pre-assembled, insert them into the designated slots on the bottom of the vacuum tank until they click securely into place.
  3. Connect Hose: Insert the larger end of the flexible hose into the intake port on the front of the vacuum tank. Twist clockwise to secure it.
  4. Attach Accessories: Select the appropriate accessory (e.g., utility nozzle, crevice nozzle, floor brush) and attach it directly to the end of the hose or to one of the extension wands, then to the hose.

Filter Installation

The vacuum uses different filters for wet and dry operation. Ensure the correct filter is installed before use.

For Dry Vacuuming:

  1. Remove the motor head from the tank by releasing the latches.
  2. Place the cloth filter over the filter cage, ensuring it covers the entire cage.
  3. Secure the cloth filter with the clamp ring.
  4. For fine dust, insert the dust bag into the tank, aligning the cardboard collar with the intake port.
  5. Replace the motor head and secure the latches.

For Wet Vacuuming:

  1. Remove the motor head from the tank.
  2. Remove the cloth filter and dust bag (if installed).
  3. Carefully slide the foam filter over the filter cage, ensuring it is fully seated.
  4. Replace the motor head and secure the latches.

Operating Instructions

Dry Vacuuming

  1. Ensure the cloth filter and/or dust bag are correctly installed for dry use.
  2. Plug the power cord into a suitable 120V AC/60Hz electrical outlet.
  3. Turn the vacuum ON using the power switch.
  4. Begin vacuuming the desired dry debris.
  5. When finished, turn the vacuum OFF and unplug it from the outlet.

Wet Vacuuming

  1. Ensure the foam filter is correctly installed for wet use and that the cloth filter and dust bag are removed.
  2. Plug the power cord into a suitable 120V AC/60Hz electrical outlet.
  3. Turn the vacuum ON using the power switch.
  4. Begin vacuuming liquids. The vacuum will automatically shut off when the liquid level reaches its maximum capacity.
  5. When finished or when the vacuum shuts off, turn the vacuum OFF and unplug it from the outlet.
  6. Empty the liquid from the tank by removing the motor head and carefully pouring out the contents.

Maintenance

Emptying the Tank

Regularly empty the tank to maintain optimal performance.

  1. Ensure the vacuum is OFF and unplugged.
  2. Release the latches and remove the motor head.
  3. Carefully lift the tank and dispose of the collected debris or liquid.
  4. Clean the inside of the tank with a damp cloth if necessary.
  5. Replace the motor head and secure the latches.

Filter Cleaning and Replacement

Clean or replace filters as needed to ensure efficient operation.

Cloth Filter:

  • Remove the cloth filter from the filter cage.
  • Shake off loose dust or gently brush it clean.
  • Do not wash the cloth filter. Replace if heavily soiled or damaged.

Foam Filter:

  • Remove the foam filter from the filter cage.
  • Rinse the foam filter under running water until clean.
  • Allow the foam filter to air dry completely before re-installing for wet vacuuming.

Dust Bag:

  • Replace the dust bag when it is full or when suction power decreases significantly.

Storage

Store the vacuum in a dry, indoor area when not in use. Wrap the power cord around the cord wrap design on the unit. Store accessories in the designated onboard storage if available, or in a separate container.

Troubleshooting
