Maintenance
- To clean the charging pad, disconnect it from the power source and wipe it with a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these may damage the surface of the device.
- Keep the charging surface free of dust and debris to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshooting
- Phone not charging:
Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the charging pad and a working wall outlet. Verify that your phone is Qi-compatible and properly placed on the charging surface. Remove any thick phone cases that might interfere with wireless charging. - Slow charging:
Confirm that your phone is centered on the charging pad as much as possible, even with the flexible coil system. Some phone cases can reduce charging efficiency. Ensure no foreign objects are between the phone and the pad. - Phone getting warm during charging:
It is normal for a phone to become slightly warm during wireless inductive charging. If the phone becomes excessively hot, remove it from the charger and allow it to cool. Ensure proper ventilation around the charging pad. - Charging indicator light not on:
Check the power connection. If the light still does not illuminate, try a different wall outlet.
