Setup

Initial Setup and Time Setting:

  5. Exit Set Mode: Press the SET button again to save your settings and exit the set mode.

Setting Time Zones:

Your watch supports three time zones. To set them:

  1. From the time display, press the MODE button repeatedly until you reach the Time Zone (T1, T2, T3) setting.
  2. Select the desired time zone using the START/SPLIT button.

  3. Press SET to save.
  4. Press START/SPLIT to begin the countdown.
  5. An audible and/or vibrating alarm will sound when the timer reaches zero.

Setting Alarms (Vibrating & Audible):

Your watch features three independent alarms. To set an alarm:

  1. From the time display, press the MODE button repeatedly until "ALARM 1", "ALARM 2", or "ALARM 3" appears.
  2. Press and hold the SET button to enter alarm setting mode.
  3. Adjust the alarm time using START/SPLIT and STOP/RESET. Use MODE to switch between hours and minutes.
  4. After setting the time, use START/SPLIT to toggle between audible alarm, vibrating alarm, or both.
  5. Use STOP/RESET to select the alarm frequency: daily, weekday, or weekend.
  6. Press SET to save and activate the alarm.
  7. To turn an alarm off, navigate to the alarm screen and press START/SPLIT until the alarm icon disappears.

Hydration Timer:

This feature helps remind you to stay hydrated. To use it:
