3. Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect the kettle for any damage.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, fill the kettle with clean water to the MAX line. Boil the water, then discard it. Repeat this process 2-3 times to remove any manufacturing residues.
  3. Positioning: Place the power base on a dry, flat, and stable surface away from the edge of the countertop. Ensure the power cord is not dangling.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

Boiling Water

  1. Fill Kettle: Open the lid and fill the glass jug with the desired amount of fresh, cold water. Do not fill below the MIN mark or above the MAX mark (1.8 Liters).
  2. Place on Base: Securely place the kettle onto its 360° swivel power base.
  3. Power On: Press the 'ON/OFF' button on the digital control panel. The LED indicator light will illuminate, indicating the kettle is heating.
  4. Automatic Shut-off: The kettle will automatically turn off once the water reaches boiling point. The LED light will extinguish.

Using the Tea Infuser and Digital Temperature Control

  1. Prepare Infuser: Remove the tea infuser from the kettle. Fill the infuser with your desired amount of loose leaf tea or tea bags. Do not overfill.
  2. Insert Infuser: Place the filled infuser back into the kettle, ensuring it is properly seated.
  3. Fill Kettle: Fill the glass jug with water, ensuring the water level is appropriate for your tea and does not exceed the MAX line.
  4. Set Temperature: Place the kettle on the power base. Use the digital control panel to select your desired temperature (40°C - 100°C) using the '+' and '-' buttons.
  5. Start Heating: Press the 'ON/OFF' button to begin heating. The kettle will heat the water to the selected temperature and then automatically shut off.
  6. Serve: Once the tea has steeped to your preference, carefully remove the kettle from the base and pour.

Important: This product is designed exclusively for preparing hot water-based beverages. Do not use with milk, juices, or any other type of liquid.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your kettle.

  1. Unplug: Always unplug the kettle from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the kettle and the power base with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the base in water.
  3. Interior Cleaning: For the interior of the glass jug, you can use a soft brush or sponge with mild dish soap. Rinse thoroughly.
  4. Infuser Cleaning: The stainless steel infuser is removable for easy cleaning. Rinse it under running water and use a small brush if necessary to remove tea residues. Ensure it is completely dry before reassembling.

  • Descaling: Over time, mineral deposits (limescale) may build up inside the kettle, especially in hard water areas. To descale, fill the kettle with a mixture of equal parts water and white vinegar (or a commercial descaling solution). Boil the mixture, then let it sit for 30-60 minutes. Discard the mixture and rinse the kettle thoroughly several times with fresh water.
  • 6. Troubleshooting

    If you encounter any issues with your kettle, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
