2. Setup

2.1 Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the speaker's charging port and a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged.

2.2 Powering On/Off

  • To power on: Press and hold the Power button until the indicator light turns on.
  • To power off: Press and hold the Power button until the indicator light turns off.

2.3 Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth pairing mode (indicator light will flash).
  2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select "Astrum SP110" from the list of devices.
  4. Once connected, the speaker will emit an audible confirmation, and the indicator light will remain solid.

2.4 True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing

TWS allows you to connect two Astrum SP110 speakers for a stereo sound experience.

  1. Ensure both SP110 speakers are powered on and not connected to any Bluetooth device.
  2. On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), press and hold the TWS button (often integrated with the Play/Pause button or a dedicated button).
  3. The primary speaker will search for the secondary speaker. Once connected, both speakers will emit an audible confirmation.
  4. Now, connect your device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described in Section 2.3. Audio will play through both speakers in stereo.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Button Functions

3.2 Playback Modes

The speaker supports multiple playback modes. Press the Power button (short press) to cycle through the modes:

  • Bluetooth Mode: Connect wirelessly to your device.
  • TF Card Mode: Insert a TF (microSD) card (up to 32GB) with audio files.
  • USB Disk Mode: Insert a USB flash drive with audio files into the USB-A input.
  • AUX Input Mode: Connect an external audio device using a 3.5mm AUX cable (not included).
  • FM Radio Mode: The speaker will automatically scan and save available FM stations. Use the Volume +/- buttons to navigate stations.

3.3 RGB Lighting Control

The speaker features RGB ambient lighting. Press the RGB Light Button to:

  • Cycle through different 10-color lighting effects.
  • Turn the RGB lighting off.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning

Wipe the speaker with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents, as these may damage the surface.

4.2 Storage

Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for an extended period, charge the battery periodically to maintain its lifespan.

4.3 Water Resistance (IPX5)

The Astrum SP110 has an IPX5 water resistance rating, meaning it is protected against low-pressure water jets from any direction. It is suitable for use outdoors or near water, but it is not designed to be submerged in water. Ensure the charging port cover is securely closed to maintain water resistance.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1 No Power

  • Ensure the speaker is charged. Connect it to a power source and check the charging indicator.
  • Press and hold the Power button for a few seconds to ensure it's not just in standby.

5.2 No Sound

  • Check the volume level on both the speaker and your connected device.
  • Ensure the speaker is correctly paired via Bluetooth or the correct input mode (TF, USB, AUX) is selected.
  • If using Bluetooth, try disconnecting and re-pairing the device.

5.3 Bluetooth Pairing Issues

  • Ensure the speaker is within the 10-meter Bluetooth range of your device.
  • Make sure no other devices are currently connected to the speaker.
  • Turn off Bluetooth on your device, then turn it back on and try pairing again.
  • Restart both the speaker and your device.

5.4 Poor FM Radio Reception

  • Move the speaker to a location with better signal reception.
