Setup and Assembly
Your futon set arrives in three separate boxes (arm, body, mattress), which may arrive at different times. Assembly is required for the futon frame. It is recommended that two people perform the assembly.

Operating Instructions
The Stanford Futon Set is multi-positional, allowing it to easily convert between three configurations: sofa, lounger, and bed. This full-size futon set converts into a standard full-size sleeper bed.
Converting to Lounger Position:
To convert the futon to the lounger position, gently lift the seat frame until it clicks into the desired reclining angle. Ensure both sides are securely locked into place.

Converting to Bed Position:
From the sofa or lounger position, lift the seat frame further until it releases from the locking mechanism. Gently lower the backrest and seat until the futon lies flat, forming a full-size bed. Ensure the frame is fully extended and stable before use as a bed.

Converting to Sofa Position:
From the bed position, lift the seat frame until the backrest begins to rise. Continue lifting until the frame locks into the upright sofa position. Ensure both sides are securely engaged.
