3. Setup Guide

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the dispenser from its packaging. Inspect for any damage. Remove all packing materials, including any protective films or tapes.
  2. Placement: Choose a suitable location for the dispenser. It should be on a firm, level surface, away from direct sunlight and at least 10 cm (4 inches) from walls to allow for proper ventilation.
  3. Water Bottle Installation: Clean the neck of a standard 3 or 5-gallon water bottle. Remove the cap and carefully place the bottle onto the water dispenser's support collar. Press down firmly until the bottle is seated correctly and water begins to flow into the internal tanks.
  4. Initial Water Flow: Before plugging in, dispense water from both the hot and cold faucets until water flows smoothly. This primes the tanks and removes any air.

5. Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance will prolong the life of your water dispenser and ensure hygienic water quality.

  1. Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  2. Drip Tray Cleaning: The drip tray should be emptied and cleaned regularly to prevent overflow and bacterial growth. Remove the tray, wash it with mild soap and water, rinse thoroughly, and replace.
  3. Water Tank Cleaning (Every 3-6 Months):
    • Unplug the dispenser and remove the water bottle.
    • Drain all water from both hot and cold faucets.
    • Prepare a cleaning solution (e.g., a mixture of water and food-grade vinegar or a specialized dispenser cleaning solution).
    • Pour the cleaning solution into the water reservoir. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
    • Drain the cleaning solution through both faucets until the reservoir is empty.
    • Rinse the reservoir thoroughly by filling it with clean water and draining it several times until no cleaning solution residue remains.
    • Replace the water bottle and plug in the dispenser.
  4. Condenser Coil Cleaning: Periodically clean the condenser coils at the back of the dispenser with a soft brush or vacuum cleaner to ensure efficient cooling. Ensure the unit is unplugged before cleaning.
