Setup

3. Assembly:
   • Place the base pan on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
   • Insert the reversible cooking rack into the base pan, choosing the desired height (1" or 4").
   • Place the dome securely onto the base pan.
   • Carefully place the power head on top of the dome, ensuring it sits flush.
4. Placement: Position the Nuwave Oven Pro Plus on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface, away from walls and other appliances to allow for proper ventilation. Ensure the power cord is not obstructed or near hot surfaces.

Basic Operation

1. Prepare Food: Place food directly on the cooking rack. For best results, ensure food is not overcrowded to allow for even air circulation.
2. Assemble Oven: Ensure the base pan, cooking rack, dome, and power head are correctly assembled.
3. Plug In: Connect the power cord to a standard electrical outlet. The display will illuminate.
4. Set Temperature: Use the temperature controls to set the desired cooking temperature. The oven has a temperature range of 107°F to 342°F.
5. Set Time: Use the time controls to set the cooking duration.
6. Start Cooking: Press the "Start" button to begin the cooking cycle. The oven will automatically shut off when the set time expires.
7. Monitoring: The transparent dome allows you to monitor food without opening the oven, preserving heat.
8. Pausing: If you need to check or flip food, press the "Pause" button. The oven will stop heating. Press "Start" to resume.
