6. Maintenance

Wipe the keyboard with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a cloth lightly dampened with water and a mild detergent, then wipe dry immediately. Avoid using alcohol, paint thinner, or other chemical solvents, as they can damage the finish.

If the sound becomes distorted or the display dims, replace all six AA batteries with new ones. Ensure the keyboard is OFF before replacing batteries.

6.3 Storage

When storing the keyboard for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage and damage. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

7. Troubleshooting

  • No Sound: Check if the power is ON and the volume is turned up. If using headphones, ensure they are properly connected. If using batteries, check if they are inserted correctly and have sufficient charge.
  • Distorted Sound: This may indicate low battery power. Replace the batteries or use an AC adapter.
  • Keys Not Responding: Ensure the unit is powered on. If the issue persists, try turning the unit off and on again.
  • Unit Shuts Off Unexpectedly: The keyboard has an auto-power-off feature to save energy. If it shuts off during use, ensure the AC adapter is securely connected or batteries are fresh.
