2. Setup and Installation

  1. Ensure Motorcycle is Cool: Before placing the cover, ensure the motorcycle's exhaust and engine components have cooled down to prevent damage to the cover's fabric.
  2. Unfold the Cover: Carefully unfold the cover, identifying the front and rear sections. The front typically has a more defined shape for the handlebars and windshield.
  3. Position the Cover: Drape the cover over the motorcycle, starting from the front. Ensure the non-scratch windshield liner is correctly positioned over the windshield.
  4. Secure the Hem: The cover features an elastic band along the bottom hem for a snug fit around the base of the motorcycle. Adjust as needed.
  5. Utilize Tie-Down Cords: Use the two included hooked elastic tie-down cords. Attach them to the built-in grommets on the cover and secure them under the motorcycle to prevent the cover from lifting in windy conditions.
  6. Optional Security: The built-in grommets also allow for the use of a padlock and chain (not included) for added security.

  • Heat Resistance: A heat-resistant liner is incorporated in the rear section to protect the cover from hot exhaust pipes.
  • Windshield Protection: A soft, non-scratch liner is included to protect the motorcycle's windshield from abrasion.
