Important Safety Information
Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in injury or damage to the equipment.
- Always read the complete safety instructions provided with the product before initial use.
- Operate the paint spray gun only in a well-ventilated area to prevent inhalation of fumes.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, and a respirator, to protect against chemical liquids and airborne particles.
- Avoid direct skin and eye contact with paint and cleaning chemicals. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention if irritation persists.
- Ensure all connections are secure before applying air pressure.
- Dispose of all waste materials, including paint, solvents, and cleaning cloths, safely and in accordance with local environmental regulations.
- Never point the spray gun at people or animals.
- Disconnect the air supply before performing any maintenance, cleaning, or when the tool is not in use.

Setup Instructions
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage.
- Assembly: Ensure the suction cup is securely attached to the spray gun body. Check that the nozzle and air cap are properly seated and tightened.
- Air Supply Connection: Connect your air compressor hose to the spray gun's air inlet. The gun is suitable for DIN and Orion couplings. Ensure a tight, leak-free connection.
- Air Pressure Adjustment: Set your air compressor to an operating pressure between 4-6 bar (approximately 58-87 PSI). Refer to your paint manufacturer's recommendations for optimal pressure.
- Filling the Cup: Unscrew the lid of the suction cup and fill it with the prepared paint or coating material. Do not overfill. Securely re-attach the lid.
- Material Preparation: Ensure your paint or coating material is properly thinned and mixed according to the manufacturer's instructions. Strain the material if necessary to prevent clogging.
Operating Instructions
- Test Spray: Before applying to your workpiece, perform a test spray on a scrap piece of material to check the spray pattern and material flow.
- Adjusting Spray Pattern: The spray gun features adjustable controls for both air flow and material flow.
- Fan Control: Adjust the knob (usually on the side or top) to change the width of the spray pattern from a narrow circle to a wide fan.
- Fluid Control: Adjust the knob at the back of the gun to control the amount of paint released.
- Air Pressure: Fine-tune the air pressure at your compressor or via an inline regulator for optimal atomization.
- Spraying Technique:
- Hold the spray gun perpendicular to the surface, maintaining a consistent distance (typically 15-25 cm or 6-10 inches).
- Move the gun in smooth, even passes, overlapping each pass by approximately 50%.
- Release the trigger at the end of each pass to avoid excessive build-up at the edges.
- Apply multiple thin coats rather than one thick coat for a smoother finish and to prevent runs.
- Working Environment: Ensure the area is well-ventilated and free from dust and debris. Maintain appropriate temperature and humidity as recommended by the paint manufacturer.

Maintenance
Proper cleaning and maintenance are crucial for the longevity and performance of your spray gun.
- Immediate Cleaning After Use:
- Empty any remaining paint from the cup.
- Pour a small amount of appropriate cleaning solvent (e.g., paint thinner for oil-based paints, water for water-based paints) into the cup.
- Spray the solvent through the gun until it runs clear. This cleans the internal passages.
- Disassembly and Detailed Cleaning:
- Disconnect the air supply.
- Carefully disassemble the air cap, fluid nozzle, and needle.
- Clean all components thoroughly with solvent and a cleaning brush. Pay close attention to small holes in the air cap and nozzle.
- Do not use metal objects to clean the nozzle or air cap, as this can damage them.
- Wipe down the gun body.
- Lubrication: Apply a small amount of spray gun lubricant to the needle packing and air valve packing after cleaning to ensure smooth operation.
- Reassembly: Reassemble all components, ensuring they are tightened correctly but not overtightened.
- Storage: Store the clean and dry spray gun in a safe, dry place, away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
